Well, beat the final Prime. I made a comic venting some frustrations. I hate that brain.
Seemed to be easier than previous Primes. I did do it on the easiest diff possible. But I do that all the time :P and I got 100% on my first run without consulting guides! That's just not right! I did like how you actually used the ship occasionally, instead of it just sitting there as a save point, and having some other humans in the game was pretty cool, showing off more of the metroidverse, huzzah!
Oh, and anyone wanna trade friend tokens? :D
Is the DS game worth playing? I skipped that one.

I was in Tescos (big supermarket) and they had Stardust for £9 just out, so I was like all "hey, I think I heard that was good, maybe?" but then I was all "nah, but £9 for a movie I don't even recalls seeing a trailer for? it could be crap! I know nothing about it! I should go home, look up some reviews or a trailer at least" and then I looked to the top left of the cover and saw Claire Danes' name and I grabbed that DVD and bolted out the store.

So apparently Smash Brothers won't be coming out here until Q2 or post June. Great. The first big online thing and they pull this! BLAR!
So by the time it comes out here no one will give a crap anymore so i'll have no one to play with, OR everyone will have played it so much that i'll get my ass handed to me. AWESOME ><

I lost my DS! I arrived home from buying some crap game for the Wii, and when I reached home I found my DS was nowhere to be found! Mum phoned the bus company, and I ran like hell to teh bus stop to see if I had dropped it somewhere. Bus company was of no help, but that is OK, because I am the luckiest man alive! For the DS was just sitting, right in the middle of the path outside the school which is between my house and the bus stop D= No one had picked it up! It was still in its protective thing, undamaged, waiting for me.
Or someone did pick it up and put it back down when they saw it was pink and covered in Powerpuff transfers?
WHOOO!
Of course, I suppose the luckiest man alive wouldn't have dropped their DS in the first place.
Also, I was in America? I ate lots of food. I bought lots of things and saw some awesome horror movies. YAY!
We went to Canada and saw a caiman.
Elite Beat Agents is awesome. I got it in America. YAY!

Yeah, i'm like 3 years behind everyone else. Defeated Metroid Prime 2. Whooo. ¬_¬ (Still not beaten Prime 1 boss :P)

The game was alright but had several annoying points. Dark Samus had no real explanation of origin. Having consulted wiki, I assume it relates to the 100% ending of Metroid Prime. But I never got that, I shouldn't have to 100% the previous game to understand what's going on in the current one! A lot more back and forth than normal, especially when looking for those final keys in the dark world. Stupid spider boss you have to fight after going ages without saving YAY! And the way the game doesn't tell you how to absorb phazon energy during the final battle, just tells you to get on with it, that's just awesometastic!!! Oh, and the tip system, which I appreciate, should have more than just ON > OFF. I want it on, but I don't want it yelling at me where to go before i've had a chance to explore a bit. I want ON > SLOW > OFF. RAR!
So, started off good but was let down by stuff later on that could really have been avoided. BLAH TO YOU, METROID PRIME 2 PEOPLES.

I watched Transformers. It was enjoyable. I am glad the line that the internets voted into the movie was something decent and not "all your base are belong to us" or some crap...
My only problem is the idea the good guys have:
"Hey, this thing that the bad guys want? Lets take it into a city so that THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT CIVILIANS can be killed in the ensuing crossfire! IT'LL BE AWESOME!"
Morons. Random civilian deaths bother me in movies like this, especially as they're kind of ignored... meh
I did like how you got some civilian-perspective shots of the fight. I do enjoy those in my action flicks. Yep Yep.

A lot of webcomics have been making comics relating to Civilisation as some promotional thing.
This sounds like a great idea, except for one thing... EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS THE SAME PUNCHLINE.
Was that intentional? Is that part of the promotion idea? Cos every one I have seen is "lol you're at a civilisation level with sticks and this other dude has tanks LOLOLOLOL"
I can't think of anything funnier about the game, but i'm not a comic writer, ya know...

I did finsih Harry Potter last Saturday, I just haven't had anything to say since then.
I just made spaghetti bolognese! Yums! It is my first time ever cooking meat (obvikly not including Birdseye quick meals or whatever), I hope I do not die later! That would be bad :(
It didn't taste quite right. My theory is that I did not use nearly enough tomatoes. I also didn't use red wine even though the recipe book told me to, but I am not opening or buying a whole bottle of red wine just to throw a cup in a pot with some dead cow.
Anyway, that was yay.
I also watched Garden State which was a pretty neat film. It's weird, cos I bought it mostly cos that one dude from Scrubs writes/stars in it, but I much preferred Portman's character. And not just cos she swam in her underwear in one scene.
Anyway, I have photos of the spaghetti, some pancakes I made ages ago and a Powerpuff thing whcih i don't think I posted here!

I spent the last two and a half hours standing in line (I really expected to be in and out :( ) but it is mine kekeke.
Man, WH Smith are sore losers. They were all "come to our shop D= please" which was so fzucking annoying, cos obviously everyone in queue has already pre-ordered (ie ALREADY PAID) so who the hell do they think is going to come shop with them, huh? HUH? Asses. Were Waterstones bugging the WH Smith shoppers? No, cos Waterstones are awesome.

I got 30 out of 51! I am kind of surprised that I got so many, though to be fair, I was doing really badly until the game just started working like a jigsaw puzzle and I didn't even have to read the names of the states :P

I finally got to play it multiplayer against my cousins today. Much fun :P well, for me anyway... and the seven or eight games (out of thirty or so?) that require use of the japanese language to complete didn't go well, but it's not like I understand the language either. So those ones are just HEY LETS GUESS!!!
I finally got a copy of Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door, completed it, it was so awesome. Alas the Wii Paper Mario isn't going to be out until September. That is just awesome is what that is.
